How we Work – Telephone-based Advice

Unfortunately, Access Social Care is not yet funded to provide free advice directly to members of the public. Our referrals come in via community partners and from our member organisations. If you are a member of the public and you have a legal question or need support then you can try using AccessAva to help you.

If you are referred to us by a member or a partner then we can offer you free, confidential, impartial advice on a range of issues.
