Access Social Care is a central hub for advice and access to justice for older and disabled people with social care needs, their carers and supporters.
We work with communities to upskill and increase knowledge of the law and rights. We innovate to deliver high volume early legal help and have a 98% full or partial success rate with our cases. Our data-based approach to influencing and strategic casework, holds public bodies to account to ensure social care is adequately funded, and people get the support they need.
We work through a subscription based membership model to connect our expertise to other organisations and their beneficiaries.
