We’re seeking new partners for our Chatbot pilot programme.

Would you like to host our award-winning social care legal advice chatbot on your organisation’s website? By joining our pilot programme you can have early access to our product, allowing your clients and website visitors to easily access social care legal advice and generate personalised legal letters.

With 500,000 people in the UK on a waiting list for care needs assessments and millions unlawfully denied appropriate support, this tool is an effective way to empower users to seek advice and generate legal letters that are proven to vastly improve social care outcomes. Our chatbot won the Nesta prize in 2020 and the “Best Digital Innovation” award at the Third Sector Business Charity Awards in 2023. We want to share this powerful tool widely to help as many people as possible get the social care that they are legally entitled to.

We are already working with four incredible organisations: National Autistic Society, Asian People's Disability Alliance, Ealing Mencap and Croydon BME Forum. We are now looking for more partners to join us for the next stage of the pilot.

By joining the pilot programme, you can:

  • Have early access to this new product alongside a limited number of pilot organisations.

  • Host our chatbot on your website, with a customised look and feel to match your organisation’s branding. This provides your clients and website users with a powerful tool that is proven to improve social care outcomes.

  • Have access to analytics reports about the use of your chatbot. This will allow you to see what support your users are seeking, which could help you shape service delivery and apply for funding.

  • Be involved in shaping the future of the Chatbot.
