Based in the South East, her career span includes a variety of national charity and local government leading roles to build and maintain effective service delivery, to enable service users and those supporting them to develop and fulfil their potential. Ailee’s portfolio highlights include business and workforce strategy development, multi-year funding contract management, income generation and service reorganisation.
