Miriam Valencia has worked in the charity sector since 2002. She joined Access from Mencap, where she managed the Learning Disability Helpline service. Before working at Mencap, previous positions have included supporting people with a learning disability and providing information and advice to family carers, as well as management roles in library and information services.
